Second Fairfax Funky Flea Location Added
We are excited to announce a second location and additional market dates -- Old Glory Market Row presented by the Fairfax Funky Flea. Old Glory Market Row is where Old Glory DC Rugby and the Fairfax Funky Flea collide in the best possible way!
Old Glory DC is moving their home games to George Mason University for the 2026 season! For the price of a ticket to the hottest game in town (a low, low price of $25!), you get rugby, a flea market featuring over 25 great vendors, a tailgater, food trucks, a beer garden, and a children's play area. Old Glory Market Row is located right where the action is so you won't miss one minute of the game!
Patrons - Don't miss out on the fun. Check out the GMU fan day and buy your home game tickets here . Your game ticket gains you access to the Old Glory Market Row!
Vendors - Apply now! Each 12x12 foot space is $100 and located in a prime space easily accessible to ticket holders and vendor parking. The stadium holds 5500 fans (that's a lot of built-in customers!).

About the Fairfax Funky Flea
A community outdoor flea market located in the
heart of Northern Virginia
Main Location: 4031 University Drive, Fairfax City, Virginia.
Second Location: GMU Soccer Stadium, Fairfax, Virginia
With over 70 vendors selling vintage and artisan treasures, there is something for everyone at the Fairfax Funky Flea!
Thanks to the generosity of our partner Ox Hill Companies and our sponsor: the Old Town Fairfax Business Association (OTFBA) you can find us on the last Saturday of the month at 4031 University Drive, Fairfax, Virginia 22030. We're in the large lot behind the United Bank. We're just one block from Main Street in Old Town Fairfax. The City of Fairfax is located 15 miles west of Washington, DC in the center of Northern Virginia.
Our newest market, Old Glory Market Row, is held at all Old Glory DC Rugby home games played at the George Mason University Soccer Complex at 4400 University Drive, Fairfax, Virginia 22030.
The Fairfax Funky Flea, LLC is privately owned and operated by Sharon Buttram and Kathy Hackshaw.

We're back in 2026 thanks to our partnership with Ox Hill Companies! Visit the flea located in the Ox Hill Company's parking lot at 4031 University Drive (the large lot behind the United Bank),
We have over 60 vendors selling unique vintage clothing, jewelry and accessories plus home decor, art, pottery glass, ephemera, tools, and crafted artisan goods.
You won't go away without finding something fun and fabulous!
We offer food services each month including catering from local restaurants and food trucks. Find hot coffee and matcha from Kaphiy Roasters and cold drinks too. Dessert and snack vendors offer goodies each month. Come for the shopping and stay for the food!
Parking
Public lots and street parking is convenient to the market. Please be courteous of our neighbors and park in authorized spaces only. Vendors, please park in our off-site vendor parking area located at 4084 University Drive.
Scam Alert
Unfortunately online scammers are using our market info and offering fake bookings under a different market name.. This is not us! You can only book a spot at the Fairfax Funky Flea by completing an application on our website. All contact is from either Sharon Buttram or Kathy Hackshaw.
Appraisal Service
What is your stuff worth? Linda Cunningham Goldstein, a Sotheby's-trained appraiser and former National Trust Museum Director, will be appraising your treasures for the low, low fee of $15 per appraisal. Skip the Antiques Roadshow and visit the Fairfax Funky Flea Roadshow instead!
Meet the Funky Fleas!
Sharon Buttram and Kathy Hackshaw Co-Owners
Sharon and Kathy are long-time residents of the City of Fairfax. They love going to flea markets, estate sales, tag sales; if you sold it, they probably bought it!
One day they looked around and realized they had TOO MUCH STUFF! Yes, there is such a thing. Their kids don't want it and they had NO MORE ROOM!
So they knew they had to curate their collections and simplify their lives. And the result is their very own flea market! The first flea was held in September, 2021 and the rest is history!
On a personal note, they have sons, daughters, dogs, cats, bees, vegetables, flowers, and ... supportive husbands!
